Hi friends,
Today I am sharing the cover quilt for the Mosaic quilt aka the Cool version - since I made one in cool colors and warm colors - in different combinations of Speckled fabrics.

The Mosaic quilt is a modern, geometric quilt pattern inspired by the rhythm and repetition of traditional mosaic tilework. It consists of three beginner friendly quilt blocks that nest together giving it a sense of movement and dimension.

Mosaic includes instructions for multiple sizes and is yardage friendly. This is the perfect design for bold solids or a fun mix of prints!
Quilt sizes:
- Baby 36" x 36"
- Throw 68" x 68"
- Twin 68" x 100"
- Bed 96" x 100"
The pattern includes a link to a set of coloring sheets for each size quilt and links on each cutting chart for a visual aide on how to cut your fabric for each size.

Fabrics:

This quilt uses a mix of beautiful bluish green shades of Speckled by Ruby Star Society.
- Fabric A - Icebox
- Fabric B - Storytime
- Fabric C - Succulent
- Fabric D - Teal
- Fabric E - Pine

Since the order you place your fabrics is so important - I highly recommend you use the free coloring sheet online at Pre-Quilt to swap out your fabrics to see what layout you like best. The following quilts are using the same quilts, but in a different order - wild how different it can look! Below is also a quick video I shared over on my Instagram channel showing how to change out your fabrics on the program.

Quilting:

This quilting was done by my friends over Trace Creek Quilting using the panto: Water Drops by designer: Melissa Kelly of Sew Shabby Quilting.

I wanted something similar in feel to the warm version of the quilt but a bit more masculine.

I did a big stitch binding and added one of my woven labels.
