Hi friends,
Today I am sharing a project I created with a new line of fabric coming soon from Sarah Thomas aka Sariditty called Paradigm.
This is a beautiful pastel rainbow of colors with geometric shapes and butterflies! What goes perfectly with spring colors and butterflies - you guessed it - flowers. I figured this was the perfect opportunity to make another Flower Shop project, this time something smaller - a table runner. You can find the Flower Shop pattern here.

The fabrics I chose for this project are a split between Sarah’s Paradigm prints and coordinating Indah Batiks also from Hoffman Fabrics. She did an excellent job coordinating matching fabrics and the combination of the two came together flawlessly.

I have a new much longer dining table and the large size of the three Flower Shop blocks worked perfectly as a table runner for this spring! It also works nicely as a bed runner on my full size guest bed.

The quilting I chose for this project is one of my favorite curved line stitches on my Janome sewing machine. It gives a softer look than the regular straight line stitching I usually do on quilts.

You can faintly see the print I used as the background. I LOVE white with light gray design as a background. It gives the illusion of a solid but with so much more depth. This fabric is called Off White and is a part of the Paradigm range of prints.

I didn’t quite have enough of Sarah’s fabric for my backing but I found an older Hoffman digital fabric I had in my stash that turned out to be the most perfect match ever! Look at how the white, coral, purple and aqua shades match Sarah’s line so well.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today friends!
Happy sewing,
Nicole
