Hi friends,
Today I am sharing the last of the sample quilts I made and quilted for the new Beads Quilt pattern release!
I shared this quilt a while back on Instagram and someone commented that it reminded them of starburst candies - it totally does! So today we have the newly named version of the Beads Quilt - this is the Starburst Version.
Check out the other Beads Quilt blog posts for inspiration:

The Beads quilt was inspired by a favorite activity between my son Grey and I, making beaded friendship bracelets. This is a fun, modern quilt pattern for advanced beginner to intermediate quilters, or those who enjoy sewing curves.
The pattern is fat quarter and fat eighth friendly, or scrappy for a really fun look!

Quilting Details
For this quilt I used a straight line stitch, with a spacing of 3/4" using my guide bar attached to my walking foot. I then went back through and did a straight line stitch through the middle of the previous 3/4" spaced lines. This was quite a bit of work, but the denseness of the stitches created a fantastic texture!
This was sewn and quilted on my Janome Memory Craft 6700p.
